Sydney based indie electronic duo Lamalo have just dropped their debut single via onelove, featuring Melbourne producer Morning Maxwell & vocalist Little Green.
With early additions into Spotify’s New Music Friday & New Dance Beats editorial playlists their seems to be no stopping this little slice of airy heaven reaching the ears of everyone the world over.
Faithful to their fusion of electronia, jazz and cinematic dance music, Lamalo creates sweeping imagery of a time lost to history; a profound narrative of surrendering inhibitions in the face of eventual extinction. Inertia combines pulsing house rhythms and a distinct bassline, layered with live instrumentation and a real recording of the Amazon rainforest at dawn.
In 2021, Lamalo secured a record deal with ONELOVE Music Group, who will continue to assist in the duo’s flourishing development. Inertia (ft. Little Green & Morning Maxwell) will be available worldwide on Friday 26th February 2021.
