Oliver Huntemann Doing Mix Up On Triple J This Saturday
To celebrate his industrial techno heater remix of Love Tonight, Oliver Huntemann will be taking over Triple J this Saturday evening
A little over 12 months ago our good friend Solomun played a song we released via onelove / Hell Beach Records at a super cool European festival to about 30,000 people. The song titled Love Tonight, was a single released by a Victorian based duo Shouse.
In the 12 months since, we have seen this little local tune turn into a bit of a European festival anthem, and we thought it would be only right to get some Euro dance heavyweights to put their own spin on the single.
Enter none other than German techno aficionado Oliver Huntemann who is the first artist dropping on the new remix pack.
Having released five albums that many critics regard as changing the face of techno, Huntemann was a perfect choice to put a techno spin on Love Tonight The veteran DJ/producer sticks heavily to his Berlin industrial type techno roots, with hints of acid house, which all mesh, to create a proper peak time banger.
