PREMIERE: Vintage Culture & Kiko Franco Turn Love Tonight Into An Ibiza Sunset Worthy Anthem
In 2015, Vintage Culture appeared in #118 in the Top DJs list of British magazine DJ MAG and #2 on the list of best Brazilian DJs House Mag. In 2016, he achieved the 54th position and in 2017, he climbed the rank up to hold the best position of his career, being considered the #31 best DJ of the year.
He has charted his remix of "Drinkee" for double Sofi Tukker released by Ultra Music at # 4 Dance chart of Beatport and even after a month of release has remained in the Top 10 with it.
But it was with "Wild Kidz" released by Spinnin Records that Vintage Culture began to gain international recognition, the song entered the "Global Viral" Spotify and received support Oliver Heldens, EDX and Sam Feldt, Tiesto and more of the electronic music elite.
We are so proud to announce that we have gotten him on board as the second artist in the new remix pack for the Shouse anthem Love Tonight. Following on from Oliver Huntemann’s industrial/acid techno inspired remix, Vintage Cultures & Kiko Franco have flipped the single on its head, prioritising percussion and danceability to create a single worthy of an ibiza sunset.
Already cracking over 1.2 million streams on SoundCloud and featured in Vintage Cultures BBC’s Essential Mix, this remix has the makings of a classic.
A little over 12 months ago our good friend Solomun played a song we released via onelove / Hell Beach Records at a super cool European festival to about 30,000 people. The song titled Love Tonight, was a single released by a Victorian based duo Shouse.
In the 12 months since, we have seen this little local tune turn into a bit of a European festival anthem, and we thought it would be only right to get some Euro dance heavyweights to put their own spin on the single.
