‘YOUR SHOT 2013’ WINNERS ANNOUNCED +DJ TIGERLILY (PAST YOUR SHOT RUNNER UP) RELEASES NEW CD!!
With thousands of registrations in 2013, ‘Your Shot’ proved it was the biggest year yet. The finals in each city were nothing short of incredible, with friends, family & fans watching each contestant play their first ever set to a huge crowd. On Sunday, it was Melbourne’s turn & the final city to announce their winner for 2013. It was a packed house at the Royal Melbourne Hotel & congratulations must go to to Cee:Jay the Melbourne winner, who will be playing at Stereosonic 2013 (as will Sam Rigby from Brisbane & Emma Shute from Sydney). Each winner will also perform at either: Paradise Club – Mykonos, Womb – Tokyo or Yacht Week in Croatia, these will be announced next week.
Congratulations to the organisers/founders of ‘Your Shot’ Steve Pillemer & Sam Korotkov and their teams for their fantastic work each year with this event. If it wasn’t for these guys, for their passion & enthusiasm, the opportunity to even be able to DJ at a club, let alone these other major events/venues, would not be possible for thee contestants.
