Slumberjack EP

Perth duo SLUMBERJACK first broke out of the public subconscious after appearing as TripleJ’s Unearthed Feature Artist of The Week in July 2014, quickly following through with a national tour in support of debut single “Felon”.

With support for their music flowing in from Diplo, Skrillex, Peking Duk, What So Not, UZ, Ta-Ku, Nina Las Vegas, Alison Wonderland, SAFIA, GTA, Milo & Otis, Gladiator, Mr Carmac, Astronomar and over a million soundcloud spins SLUMBERJACK now emerge with their debut self titled EP.

Written on the road between shows over the Australian winter collaborations with Father Dude (GRMM’s Elecrify) and Triple J’s KLP, the ‘Slumberjack EP’ is a defining moment for the young act. Lead track “Body Cry” inhabits a space far from the current club landscape the duo were spawned inside - in the face of presenting a throng of heavy future bangers, the boys opt instead for a sculptured chillrave love song - adding layers of sophistication to their sonic toolkit.
